Abingdon Volleyball
Basic Information about each Abingdon Volleyball team can be found below. The program consists of many teams and people who contribute to the overall success. No team is more important than the others.
AHS Varsity
Coach: Rachel Harding
The Varsity team is coached by Rachel Harding. While competing in Conference 32 with Hidden Valley, Cave Spring, Patrick County, Blacksburg, and Christiansburg, the Lady Falcons have began seeking better competiton. The journey included hosting Science Hill HS and Sullivan Central HS and going to Tennessee HS. Also two tournaments were played this year: Science Hill and Cave Spring.
AHS Junior Varsity
Coach: Erika Waycaster
The JV team often follows the same Varsity schedule and will also be competing in the same Conference and tough matches. The JV team participated in a tournament at Cave Spring this year to really see some great competition.
E.B. Stanley 8th
Coach: Lora Kiser
The 8th grade team at E.B. Stanley is coached by Lora Kiser who finished her 2nd year with the program. Coach Kiser brings an excitement to the 8th grade team and embraces the ideal of community with the high school teams. After a successful first 2 seasons, Coach Kiser will continue to lead her team to winning records.
Abingdon Youth VB

Abingdon Youth Volleyball (AYV) has began its 2nd season at the Coomes Rec Center in Abingdon, Va. With a huge turn out again this year, AYV welcomes 100 participants!! Each player learns basic fundamentals daily and has the opportunity to compete in multiple matches. The athletes improved every time they were in the gym.
